M-F 4:30pm-6:46pm Welcome, aspiring rowers! I'm thrilled to invite you to our upcoming rowing camp, "An Introduction to the Competitive: Rowing for PRC in the Regular Season." Whether you've just completed our introduction to rowing this summer or you're a seasoned rower looking to take your skills to the next level, this camp is the perfect opportunity for you.

This camp is designed to immerse you in the world of competitive rowing, offering a glimpse into what it's like to be part of the PRC (Pacific Rowing Club) during the regular season. We welcome all those who have participated in our summer introduction to rowing program to join us in this exciting journey.

Participants will be instructed in the proper handling of equipment, fundamental rowing techniques, training with rowing machines (ergometers/ergs), and will be introduced to various aspects of on-water rowing. Each day, we will allocate time on both land and water, providing campers with a comprehensive introduction to all aspects of rowing.

This will also be combined with our intermediate camp- Participants are required to have successfully finished one week of the Learn to Row program or its equivalent in another program prior to the commencement of this camp. Throughout the duration of the camp, the majority of our activities will take place on the water, focusing on refining advanced rowing techniques and enhancing boat maneuvering skills. The primary objective of this camp is to elevate participants' rowing proficiency and instill a passion for rowing as a sport.
